Cette vidéo montre comment on attribue les différentes activités d’un mandat dans les calendriers de travail des employés.
En ouvrant le Planificateur, on voit automatiquement les différents mandats à gérer et les activités à attribuer aux personnes choisies.

On a un portrait des mandats en cours et ceux à venir pour mieux planifier vos opérations.

Les heures des employés seront automatiquement saisies.
Bien difficile d’en oublier.

Saisie de temps et justification

Lorsqu’un employé a terminé une activité, une boîte de temps s’ouvre automatiquement.
Il rentre le temps qu’il a pris pour réaliser l’activité et décrire brièvement ce qu’il a fait.
On s’assure que toutes les heures sont enregistrées et on connaît le déroulement des opérations.

On a toute l’information à jour avant de compléter un projet et facturer le client.

Lancement de mandats et budget en temps réel

On voit sur une page tous les projets à démarrer dans un cabinet comptable. Plus besoin de chercher.
En sélectionnant un mandat, se présente les étapes à réaliser et le temps prévu pour chacune d’elles. En cliquant sur le budget, apparait chaque étape, les personnes mandatées et le statut de chacune.

On présente ensuite le temps prévu pour la réaliser, une description de l’événement, le temps saisi à date et l’écart par rapport à la prévision.
